Watercolor Fundamentals (Byfield Thursday Evenings)

This class is designed for painters who have little to no painting experience. The class will provide exposure to the basics and an introduction to water media materials, techniques, and processes. With support, students will paint in class using their own sketches, designs, or photos, and the instructor may provide additional subject matter. Feedback will be personalized to the goals of each student. This class may be repeated numerous times while students increase their proficiency and confidence, the content changes every session. The tuition of $325 includes a $25 supply fee.

• Build knowledge of the technical basics of watercolor
• Refine your sense of color, value, and composition
• Explore your choices of subject matter and begin to develop a personal style
