Do you love making vessels out of clay, but hate the glazing process? This workshop serves as a place to discover things to love about glazing. We will learn about color blend techniques and glaze application. This workshop serves as an extension of the various ceramics classes offered. Participants must have taken at least one or two sessions at the CAC or equivalent and bring 2-3 vessels that are already bisque fired to practice with during the workshop. These vessels must individually be between 4 and 8 cubic inches to practice these techniques. Students should bring a sketchbook or notepad to take notes and document what is taught as well as their experimentation process.

All materials are included.

NOTE: Students are encouraged to bring their own person N95 respirators to protect themselves from harmful dusts.
