You will learn how to use the power of Kaizen to make your creative time more productive and enjoyable; a 3-step process to help you diffuse overwhelm and find clarity around your creative projects; and simple, yet powerful, tools and techniques to strengthen your creative confidence.

What is this state of consciousness, and how do we replicate it? In search of answers, writer and painter Christopher J. Miller took the suggestion of one of his art mentors to watch and chronicle his creative process. Join him on his journey home as he outlines his approach. In this three-week Zoom workshop, you will be working from Chris' new book, "The Spiritual Artist". Chris reviews his journey to self-awareness with powerful lessons and activities that shift your creative work as well as your life. Students will be required to purchase the book through Amazon before class. Classes will review key concepts from the book, including Creating Sacred Space, Being Present to Your Process, Recognizing Spirit, and more. Students will enjoy breakouts and the opportunity to meet and connect with other artists each week. They will then be asked to practice their lesson through exercises while creating art in their discipline.
