● Class Description: Resin is a very versatile material that is so exciting to work
with! Join artist and designer, Jennifer Christy, for this two-day creative workshop that
is perfect for beginners interested in learning the basics of resin jewelry design. You
will experience using a multitude of materials such as acrylic paint, inks, glitters, and
fabric. You will learn the process of color mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing jewelry
pieces. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a collection of handcrafted pieces
that you can be proud of. You will also have gained valuable skills and knowledge to
take with you as you continue on your own artistic journey.
● Class Date/Time: This is a 2-week workshop. Sundays from 2pm-4pm.
● Class one: Students will learn to mix, pour, and add color to their resin pieces.
● Class two: Students will learn to demold, sand, polish, and assemble resin pieces to
create finished jewelry pieces.
