CLASS or WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Students will choose and arrange images, create small drawings, select a color palette, and develop a center of interest to create an aesthetically pleasing and framed composition. Students are encouraged to collect from home and bring meaningful items to personalize their collage; maps from trips, found 3D objects, or small toys, etc. The more materials you select, the more design options you’ll have. Additional objects, hand-made papers, matte medium, glue brushes and shadow box frames will be provided at workshop. Please bring a lunch.
NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP IS HELD OFFSITE.
The MIX Creative Space, 9125 Diceman Drive, Dallas, TX 75218. Downstairs in the White Rock United Methodist Church. Entrance A on the north side near the accessible ramp.
