To kick off the Basic Print Sampler series, this workshop will focus on Relief Printing. Get a taste of the relief process by learning to carve into Sintra, an easy to carve matrix made of PVC. Explore a few carving techniques, learn about non-toxic soy-based inks, and print a small edition of your design. This one-day workshop allows you to experience the relief process and perhaps will inspire you to continue your printmaking experience in a Basic Relief Printmaking class
